03 W211 E500 front hub assembly removal?

Good afternoon members I need some help please.I have a 03 W211 E500 I need to replace the front hub assembly. It looks like the bearing is welded to the spindle or needs to be pressed out. As you can see I have been beating this hub like a mad man.
Is it the same as the 03 w211 E320
Here are some pictures. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Thank you for the information. It was seized on the spindle I managed to get it off with a hammer & prying it with a screw driver. However I hit the bottom of the spindle with the hammer slightly so the nut wont go back on. I will go at it again tomorrow.

If the spindle has worn off the fine machine grooves and shows any sign of spinning/welding you should consider replacement. USE ONLY OEM MB part in this application even if you can find a x ref bearing. The MB bearing has a different chamfer on the inside radius and an after market can seize on the boss area preventing proper installation.

The seal should have the magnets for the ABS system be sure to use MB seal also.
