clutch type limited slip differential

My stock 2006 E500 doesn't handle well in the twisties. I would like to find a clutch type limited slip differential that will lock under high loads like I had on my old Corvette RR car. The car just can't be steered with rear power as stock configured and won't drift. Any thoughts? I did see ads for a Quaife? brand differential but the mfg. says it doesn't lock.

2 different traction system working independently on the same axle?
I wonder what are the chances they will work against each other and you end on tow truck?

limited slip

I am guessing I can disable the existing traction control system as it applies braking to control the car when charging to and out from the apex. Instead of allowing a drift it just slows the car down.

I am guessing too.
If you ever do that, post the results.
Sounds exiting.

Kleeman makes an LSD for MB's. It's not cheap though.

I guess the best answer is buy an E63 s which comes with a limited slip differential. the Kleeman would probably set me back less.
