Below is the video showing the steps to replace the engine oil on a 2008 E350 4-Matic.

The steps are:
Replace the oil filter
Drain the old motor oil
Add the new motor oil
Recycle the old motor oil


The parts you will need are:
- engine oil filter (I used the MB original filter)
- drain plug washer
- engine oil (approx 8.5 qts) (I used Mobil 1 synthetic 0W40)

Notes from other posts:
- When you loosen the filter housing, let it sit for the duration of the oil change, all the drippings will go back to the engine and you can lift the oil filter assembly without a single drop of oil.

- Per the instructions that are provided with the filter, push it onto the plastic "cage" until the lower black line on the filter is even with the bottom of the threaded portion of the plastic housing.
