mb has offered to buy my car back or get me into an '04 due to many many out of service days. the buy back offer was 80% of contract. the lemon law states that i'm entitled to a full refund. i'm calling an attorney this week. what do you think i should do?

How many miles do you have? I think if you have lots of miles, you shouldn't get 100% back. You did get use of the car, even though, it wasn't a happy use. Something like a pro-rated buy back.

80% does not seem too low, especially with the mileage you put on the car (probably what you could get for a non-lemon if sold privately), but you should definately read the fine print of the lemon law to see if there are any restrictions to the full refund (eg mileage, time contraints) good luck with everything, you should give the e-class another try imo

how do i go by claiming lemon law? here is my situation. i currently have 35k miles and its been a year since i have bought my car. i been having so many problems with my car. my car has been in service more than 30days within 3 months. can someone help me? how do i claim the lemon law? where can i claim it?

The terms of lemon law are dependant on where you live/bought the car. My laws are different then where you live, unless you are in MD. The best place to go is do a Google search for 'Your state lemon law'. Typically you need to send written notification to MBUSA via certified mail. From that point on they have 30 days to address the issues. The rest is like I said different by state. Hope this helps. What issues have you had and how many times did they show up?
