do i need coding to change fusebox w211 220cdi
i think i have a problem with my fuse box, cause i have weak/dim headlights, and i only get 11.76volts on them, and if i measure the volt input to the fuse box,i got 14.2v-14.3v.and my fuse to the headlight has 14.2v, so it got to be something wrong with the fuse box,is it possible to open it and solder the hole thing?, or do i have to buy a new fuse box,and do i need coding for the new box??
Some other got any problems with the fuse box
my car is a w211 220cdi 2008,with 440.000km
i am a good solder, so if its possible i can try!!

Before you start guessing, take a look at a wiring diagram for your car. There might be a few more things between your fuse and your headlight bulb than a piece of wire.
