Idler pulley and belt replacement
Also as some of you know about the fuel tank replacement I'm getting underwarranty, parts should be arriving tomorrow.

Then it's just bolt off/bolt on.
Also called the dealer and ask for the parts prices and just the belt tensioner it was $299 already plus $60 for the idler pulley.. did not ask for the accessory belt how much was it..
anyone know who made this parts if it is from the dealer?

I believe this is the tensioner you need:
The belt:
And the idler:
Please confirm they are the right ones. I just guessed a model year of 2008 or 2009

Also once you apply the discount code and factor in shipping, I get a total of $73.24 on rockauto and it's $75.61 on Amazon for the Gates tensioner.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I gave up on them.
rockauto never ask me to pay for shipping since they shipped me the wrong item when i order from them before..

I've been using AH for more than a decade and liked the choices, when for critical parts I choose OEM, while for non-crucial part don't mind save money on aftermarket.
Never had bad experience and only once had to ship damaged part back.
Till last year I bought boots for front axles and the only AH had for W211 were plain unusable. They refunded all the money thought.
Talking about idler pulleys and tensioner, I drove SEVERAL MB with 300,000 miles and factory pulleys. At some point in last decade MB start using bearings that fail very often (wait a minute, didn't vacuum pumps on W124 had the same problem? )
Anyway, good bearing should be a lifetime item on those cars, so I generally object replacing 1/2 of the engine preemptively.
Our idler pulley gave up at 160,000 miles and I did not replace tensioner. Wanted to save money on line, but local dealer price was only $5 more and I had the car back on the road in 2hr.

I followed the instructions shown in the video and used the Ina/Mercedes OE kit found at fcpeuro.
The belt is Mercedes branded made by Gates, and it came with a new tensioner pulley and two idlers made by Ina. All in a prepackaged kit.

I'm sure the Conti belt is good, but I wanted the genuine belt and it wasn't a huge price difference.

I suppose if you're going to keep it a long time, it might be worth the extra $30+ to get the one from Fcpeuro for the lifetime warranty, the Continental kit only came with a 2 year warranty which I guess is expired now.
Belt alignment was perfect. Did some searching and pretty much everyone said to replace the tensioner. The Gates branded one from Amazon was an exact match for the one on the car (it was a Gates that was factory installed).
Success - squeak disappeared.
