Washed my e350 and now NOTHING is working right!!! Please help

Washed my e350 and now NOTHING is working right!!! Please help
Today I went and hand washed my car... what a mistake... after the wash i went for a quick drive and a red light comes on Brake then SRS then red flashing visit workshop.. then theres no power to the seats door controls, passenger head lamp and small lamp are out and the radiator fan is on super high speed. Cluster gauges aren't working speedo doesn't move.. its all crazy, i looked to see if water got onto the BCM under the hood it was completely dry... i don't have access to a Mercedes scanner but i can't begin to think what modules are cooked especially from a hand wash

Sounds like an alternator to me don't you think? It could just be a coincidence that it happened after a wash. Check your battery voltage because all the sensors are rather finicky when it comes to that, or they pressure washed your engine and knocked a couple things loose haha.

like a lot of members on here, i wash my cars almost every weekend. its prolly just a coincidence what happened to you. nonetheless, have it scanned for faults.

Either something got wet or battery is dead. I have had my old 740i do the same thing. Went to the car was got done and it would start ect. with no prior warning the battery was going out. Ive also had something get wet and it would dry out and be fine.

I would agree the alternator or battery may be experiencing a problem. I've seen weird things happen from both. My wifes Dodge Caliber with a bad alternator was lighting up idiot lights randomly without consistency in which ones and when I got my Chevy Astro it had a bad battery where the speedometer was acting like a tach but ran fine (idled rough).
Considering the battery location I wouldn't suspect terminal corrosion but it's worth checking.
