If you are going to work on the oil cooler seals or turbo charger on OM642 Engine this PDF document will help. It may save you some time... may be bumps/bruises as well

I replaced the turbo actuator but it's not moving.
Do I have to reprogram after installing a new actuator?
Do I have to position the arm up or down or a specific position?
I don' have a scan tool that can do that, just an OBD2 for simple stuff. I thought the actuator I ordered was faulty so I ordered another one, same problem. Won't go up or down, and car stays in limp mode.
Any thing I am missing?
