2003 E320 - Fog Light Issue

2003 E320 - Fog Light Issue
As you can see in the attached pics, the little lens which is covering the fog light bulb on the passenger side of my car has fallen off, and is loosely laying in the bottom of the fog light housing. (Picture 1)
In the second picture, you can see that the driver's side does have that lens still properly installed and is covering the bulb as it should.
- Is there a way to open the glass on the fog light in order to be able to get that lens out of the bottom of the light housing, in order to be able to install it properly again?
- If not, has anyone had this problem and a solution as to get in there and grab that lens to put it back in the proper location?
- Or is the only alternative to purchase a new light, which I really do not want to do as the light still works.
Any input is greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance.
