I still got my w211 220cdi 2008
And yesterday i lost all air in my rear shocks, i think i heard a hissing sound(air-blowing) from the rear left side, when it sunk down, after 10 mins, the car rised up again, and all was fine for about 6 driving hours, but today it happend again, and like yesterday, it rised again after about 10mins, it is a little high in the rear?
I have scanned it with star c4, and it has stored fault code 5501
What can the fault be?
Its not the airmatic version, are there any valves, that can blow out air on the rear left side?

Or any parameters i can check with sds?

If it's not airmatic, then the hissing sound is a bad strut that lost compression.. get both rear struts, as to replacing just one is not recommended.

If this an Estate you have rear air shocks, and if you hear hissing you need to identify the source of the leak before throwing parts at the system (rear air line, valve, air bag, etc.)

Its so strange, cause it dont sag over night, (see picture)
I will check the. Distributor today, is it under the rear seat?
What can i check with star c4?
And are there any valves that could wear out
I dont think it is a leak in the air valves, does it look a little high?

It dropped air today also, hissing sound from the compressor, in the front, i ran out of the car, and i could feel the air,comming out of the hose(see picture)
It was damaged, and allmost in two parts,is the filter on the hose, a one way filter, cause i could blow both ways in it!..can that be cause i lost air?
