Power Steering Whine, fluid OK
My E320 will whine when I'm turning. It started out at slow speeds on tighter turns and now it's even whining at faster speeds on longer turns(roundabout). Now it whines just about any turn. I checked the fluid level and it's full, possibly just over max, but it hasn't been topped off for over a year. I can't seem to reproduce the problem when the car is still and just moving the steering wheel. I hear a very slight noise, but nothing remotely close to the whine when the car is moving.
Can anybody point me in the right direction as to next steps to diagnose?
Thank you

The PS reservoir has an internal screen that ruptures if fluid level is ran low. It's easy to check - run the car and remove the cap. If you see any fluid motion it's burst and you have to replace the reservoir as air is in the system (which is the reason for the squeal) Bleed the system property engine OFF after.
