Need wiring diagram for head unit
Hi
I decided to buy aftermarket head unit and when sent the photos of my current head unit to the seller he was confused and asked for wiring diagram.
My car is 2004 V8 Japanese W211 Avantgarde

Part # does not match EPC nonetheless, I suggest you contact either MB or Panasonic Automotive - Japan they “may” be able to assist with PIN assignments.

Update: I made some progress
I tried to disconnect some of the connectors and see what happens. I found that the important connectors are these 2 only.
Blue arrow points to power connector and Green arrow points to can bus and "other stuff" cable. If you only connect the power cable, command won't start and SRS malfunction message appears on dashboard display. After connecting the green cable again SRS message disappears and steering buttons works perfectly. the only thing left before replacing head unit would be resolving SRS malfunction mystery
