Waste of money.
You won't gain any power and it won't sound good. It's also going to have to be fabbed up and I don't think it would fit anyway with your stock bumper.

Nothing. Leave it stock.
If you want a good sounding exhaust, you have the wrong car. Get an E500, E55 or E63 if you want something that sounds good.

Leave it as is. If u do all that, which will be expensive, and it will sound awful and you would wish you hadn't done it in the first place. For better sounding exhaust, get a V8 or a V6 with turbo n with right set of mods...
My cousin has '12 bmw 335i. It comes with turbo, n 300hp. I forgot what the software is called, he has straight pipes and with the software, he gets lot of backfire. It sounds really good on low rpm. That software lets you adjust the sound and the backfire, controlled thru phone app.
But, like he mentioned ^^^, that car, leave it stock and go for a complete car upgrade if you want all that.
