e350 thermostat P0128 code

I'm getting a P0128 thermostat code on my reader.
Seems to be like the thermostat is stuck in OPEN position - car is taking very long to warm up and produce heat inside the vehicle.

Does anyone know the MB part number for the thermostat?
I need to get a replacement and want to ensure I order the right one?

(2) Also, do I need to buy a sensor to with the thermostat or can i use existing sensor - I noticed some thermostats come with sensor some without ???

Thanks in advance for all your help!!!
Peter

I would have pulled VIN relevant part # from MB EPC, in the absence of full VIN and or model year use this site: https://www.mbdirectparts.com/

I believe OEM is Wahler. Picked up this one Amazon not too long ago. Seem to work fine, Even had the spot where the MB logo would be scratched out. Otherwise looks identical. And it's $62 instead of $123 even though they misspelled Wahler. Spelled correctly, it's an extra $12.

Amazon Amazon

And if you're up there in mileage, I'd suggest getting the Continental kit for the tensioner and pulleys. You have to take off one of the pulleys anyway to change the thermostat. About $122 at rockauto.com after 5% off code found on retailmenot.com and after shipping charge. If you just bought those 4 items separately, it's probably over $150.
