WHICH ONE WOULD YOU KEEP?????

In my signature below, you can see the details of boths cars.
I am thinking of keeping the C300, as it has 30K less miles and is 8 years newer, also has heated seats which the E320 does not have. But, I would like to get your input as well. BOTH cars are EXTREMELY clean, well maintained and taken care of. The C300 will receive the 18" inch AMG wheels (which were available for this model was well) next week, as I purchased a set from a forum member.
I will also post the same question on the W204 section.
Thanks in advance Guys and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Most of the complains about C is that people don't fit in them too well.
If you are small person and are comfortable in it, it sure is easier to drive and will save lot of money in up-keeping.
We have 4 vehicles for 2 drivers and I see nothing wrong with it

Unfortunately, you did not really answer my question, as I did not inquire if heated seats were needed in Sacramento or not, nor if one car was bigher/smaller than the other.
I am well aware of the size difference. As you can see, we still have a full size SUV, which is used when size is really needed.
And NO, heated seats are not REALLY NEEDED in Sacramento, but they are sure nice to have, especially on a cold winter morning as both cars are parked outside.
Thanks for your input.

You concluded that you'd rather keep C becouse of heated seats and 18" wheels, while avoiding answer how do you fit inside small car?
Most of owners go opposite route choosing their cars.

Anyway I'm living on the french riviera and normaly we don't need heated seats BUT there are some days... COLD! And these days are only a few days a year... You get in the car. You have leather seats! You don't have heated seats and then,... for 10-15 days you have back pain and your back blocked. And then you realise how important is to have heated seats even for only 1 day of cold a year, if you use the car that day. I am being dramatic, but you get the point. ;-) If you don't have leather seats it's not that dramatic.
After this type of expériences all my cars have heated seats. Between the two cars I think the E is more like the heart oriented choice, while the is more like the brain oriented choice.
Going towards a final answer I could say that with the data your provided, and analizing only with the brain, I think that the C might be more agile, easyer around town, more practical also in the winter, more economical and newer.

So if I get her that car, then I will keep the C and try to sell my E. As mentioned, we do have a full size SUV, if real size does really matter.
But for me, the daily driver would most likely be the C, while the wife can get back into her beloved BMW. WE SHALL SEE!
BMW is not Mercedes, but also agree on the E46 style, and also on the interior, dashboard, steering wheel and center console compared to the new BMW générations.
This way you can make the most logical choice and also your wife happy. ;-) Win all the way.

At this point, we are not quite sure just yet if we will be selling one, or keeping them both.
Your opinions were very helpful, so I thank you all!

Did you ever pulll your dirtbike trailer with your Benz, taking your son and your dirtbikes riding?
And the Benz looks real good during a trip to Home Depot, hauling a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood.
Thanks for the suggestion, but the Yukon will not go anywhere.

My first MB was 1981 300DTD that I bought for my remodeling bussines, Tens of trips to dump sites, tons of materials carried in the wagon, or on the trailer behind.
Than I bought 1999 wagon to do the same and this one, - being narrower had to have plywood loaded at angle. I build cargo pans with plywood, so garbage spills would not go on tan interior.
Back in Utah, driving W124 we had option of taking short cut, what would save us 50 miles, but would require 60 miles on sand roads. Everybody ask locally was telling us "you need a pickup" -W124 (no traction in those years) did just fine.
For big boat and TT we bought ML in the mean time.
But from what I see in the replies, you have your mind already set, so why do we confuse you with facts?

I love my cars way too much and therefore will not abuse them off road.
