Auto retractable tow hitch Do all w211s have this
Please help and sorry if a stupid question. Do all w211 Mercedes and in this case, 2005 E350 have the auto-retractable tow hitch?
If yes how do I access this?

Not a definitive answer, just an anecdotal one:
I don't have one on my '05 E320 CDI
My friend doesn't have one on his '03 E500, nor does another friend with an '05 E500.
So my answer is: No. Not all W211's have the trailer hitch. I think it is something of a rarity in the US. UHaul can get you set up if you need one.

The retractable hitches are rated for 2.5 tons trailers and not available in US.
I was trying to import one, especially Westfalia makes nice, but shipping big item is cost-prohibitive.
They also come with trailer wire harness, who needs to be program to the car. Suppose the program automatically changes transmission shifting when it detects the trailer.
I settled for 2000lb Curt hitch for my W211 and cheap trailer lights converter.
