need some tech help after balance shaft repair
 

forgot to mention its a 2006 e350 4matic with 722.6 5spd
so I finally got everything back in and car is running and driving. to my surprise I did not have any codes that stayed besides some throttle body code something about it being lose or frozen over …

I have autel maxidas 708 scanner that I used and it did not find any serious codes besides the brake system and abs system that I just happen to get a SBC note for like 2 weeks ago.
the red flashing screen to take the car to workshop stopped showing up after I drove the car but it still says to take it to work shop to check brakes.

does this scanner have option to calibrate throttle body?
I need help with few issues that I have :

2 it is vibrating very noticeably at idle and driving.
I feel vibration like massage chair on my seat all the time
if I didn't get the timing chain on correctly or balance shaft is off by one tooth will it throw a code for it?

also i have few extra bolts that I cant find where they go since I had no access to any bolt reference.

I looked over everything and did not see any missing bolts in obvious spots.

overall I think I did good considering there are no leaks no codes or anything that looks serious

is there a specific way tht I have to sit the motor on the mounts before tightening them? or just drop and tighten?

for example honda has a specific torque sequence for older honda engine mounts otherwise it will vibrate

throttle plate code seems to be gone now.
I did find all those bolts

but still have that ticking sound
and also very noticeable vibration
update on vibration: it happens when I switch to gear. then goes away in neutral
but it shows up depending on the angle at which im parked.

so is this forum dead or does anyone know if there should be a special way to tighten the engine mounts once the engine is sitting on them

what about transmission mount? should I loosen it up too maybe I need to release the tension on the mounts or something?

Did you reuse the motor mounts? How many miles are on them if you did?
What's your car? What year is it? If it's the c320 you list below your avatar you might get a better response in the proper C320 forum...

i did reuse mounts it has 115000 miles on it
mounts looked good.
ans i dont remember having the vibration before the balance shaft 4repair.
