Please Help!! Rattling noise in the dashboard

I have a 2007 E350 with about 90,500 miles. The car has been amazing, but recently I've noticed this rattling noise from what seems to be inside the dashboard. It makes this noise when the AC is on or off. The link below is a video of the car I took today.

Probably some dust in the fan. Clean it.
