2003 MB E320 CDI diesel overheats
I am at my wits end! I cannot find the reason my E320 CDI overheats... bought brand new OEM radiator fan, scanned and no error reports, water pump seems ok, no water leaks, no broken hoses, etc.

Hi buddy. Yes, the fan works great. I am going to disassemble the entire water system, flush the radiator, check the thermostat and replace with coolant rather than water. I am in a Venezuelan coastal town and rarely does the temp fall below 80 degrees... *the car overheats almost instantly the moment I turn on the AC while driving. Parked, the car idles at normal temp even with the AC on...

Another possibility is that you have a blocked coolant hose. Sometimes when the hoses get old inner layer will delaminate and fold over blocking coolant flow. It's impossible to tell from the outside.
