2006 e350 4matic wagon
New to Mercedes help needed please

I have a 2006 E350 4matic wagon w211.

I have a few questions to ask. Just replaced my front washer pump. When I bought the car it wasn't working. The new one works but I don't have a good seat bad on the connection. It sprays fluid but very weekly. I put a hose clamp on the connection to try to tighten it up to no avail.

Another question I have is I recently replaced my cam sensor; do to the code p0016. This is also not fix my problem. When I changed the cam sensor I did a oil change no metal in oil at all. What else could it be?
