That refers to the drive dynamic seats in which the side bolsters inflate/deflate to keep you "upright" in the seat while cornering. The 1 & 2 settings refer to how rapidly, and how fully (firmly) , they inflate/deflate, and how these response rates are affected at what vehicle speeds... Think of it as a sensitivity & firmness setting. I keep mine on 2, which is more "agressive/sensitive".

I love this option. Going into conrners and getting the extra support helps. At first, it may feel odd but you get used to it quickly. When I had a loaner car the other day and it did not have the drive dynamic seats, something just did not feel right. I believe 2 is more aggresive than 1.

I also love the Dynamic seats in my car. 
Anyone knows if it is possible to keep the Dynamic seat for the passenger side enabled at all times just like the driver side? I noticed that the passenger side gets disabled whenever I restart the car.

I love it also. The dynamic feature, ventilation, massage and a thousand ways to adjust the seats make these seats incredible and make the car a truly amazing luxury vehicle...

Does anyone notice the annoying "pssssst" sound when the inflate when the radio is off and the car is quiet?
I dont remember haering that when i first got my car and I notice it alot now.
Im wondering if it is normal.
