AC fault low pressure

Had my AC recharged but it keeps faulting, scanner reports low AC pressure although manifold shows good pressure, not dropping. Apparently heater is not heating either. Blower fan runs but apparently only at low speed.

Background: mom ran the W211 into a wall. I had to replace the radiator and condenser. I sourced a new radiator but a boneyard condenser. I used my old dryer which is only about 8 months old. Mobile mechanic came to my house and recharged the system, added 2 lbs of refrigerant. However AC light keeps blinking, compressor won't engage even after several resets (hold defrost and recirc buttons).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

First you need to clear the codes to make sure stored code is not keeping the system off.
Than do proper troubleshooting per a million links already on the forum.

Thanks for the detailed response. As I said, codes cleared multiple times, keeps coming back. A search for this issue yielded 2 relevant results, basically instructing to clear codes with a link on how to do it.

I know search function on this forum sucks, but #3 in my search hit the spot.
Sorry for making you do the homework, but after posting the link 100,000 times, I am getting tired of it

Hmm... seems the search expires on new script after some time. It would work with old script...
So here is the 3rd hit when you do "AC troubleshooting" search in this section, where you will find my explanation how to use the help page.

Want to confirm this procedure still works. Just to share what happened, my wrench told me I had a bunch of stored codes (My mother smashed the car into a wall and when the mechanic recharged the AC system, I still had the radiator out as well as the headlights and bumper). After installing the radiator, he cleared most of the codes, except those related to bulbs out (since there were no lights on the front of the car).

Last night he cleared the remaining codes and BOOM! AC worked.

Thanks again for sharing the links (for the millionth-plus-one time, haha). And just for the sake of others getting stumped - just clear all present codes.
