Any problems with E320?

My friend is about to purchase the E320, and I was wondering if there have been any problems with it. He will be purchasing 2005 version with AMG package.

search the forum for answers to these questions... many common problems, nothing to lose sleep over imo. most problems will have been worked out for the '05 models GL

BMW E60 M5 - '08
11000 kms on my E320. The only problem I've had is that I can't seem to get the MP3 software upgrade to work. Otherwise it's been awesome
