722.9 issues. Go figure
Newb here. Please correct any of my screw ups. Picked up a 07 E350 at auction to flip. Fell in love with the damn thing at first driv . Our relationship was pure bliss untill a lady in one of those toasters on wheels cut me off changing lanes. Hard braking and swerving, left then right and I'm cussing under my breath. Drive about half a mile and park at store. Come back out begin to leave and a pretty solid thump comes from under the car. Then I accelerate off and it sputters and runs rough and I pull to the side and no movement since in any gear. I now know the thump and rough running was limp mode. I retrieved codes p0730. Changed tranny fluid. While open I dropped valve body and cleaned solenoid screens and checked resistance on them. Looked good. Put it all back together and filled at temp and let it run out over flow. Now still no movement and codes 1789 and 0894. Help would be appreciated. Oh and it's a VAG 2

Oh I forgot to mention fluid looked dirty and old but not burnt and very little clutch material. By checking plug do you mean the connection coming from ecu to socket on contact plate? I did check that but did not check connection to plate. Additionally I tracked those 4 wires back to under passenger floorboard and they looked good. Man I cant thank you enough for helping. I'm at a total loss and am usually able to figure this out. Not this one.
