Currently I am part way through the install of the NTG2.5 unit into my 2005 E500. I do know there are several threads on this topic, however most are older and the photos have expired from those posts. Really hoping someone here may have those photos. Thank you.

Parts I have purchased:
COMAND Unit (Confirmed unlocked)
2.5 Amplifier
2.5 Sub Amplifier
SDAR (FM, HD FM, SAT)
Antenna Amp (Off a 2009)
Comand Online Conversion Harness
A handful of MB Optical connectors
Bluetooth antenna

Parts I am waiting for:
New GPS antenna
Double Fakra antenna splitter
Media interface

What I have completed:
I have most of the interior gutted. Almost all NTG 1 components (not fm tuner if it exists, not subwoofer amp) are removed. The comand conversion harness has been ran and partially installed. The Head unit is placed with the wiring and does power on. The new amps are plugged in, not placed. I did seem to follow the paper instructions from Comand Online that explained the connector switching around with that yellow plug and the old AGW wires. That seemed to work well.

What I am having trouble with:

I cannot seem to locate the amplifier for the sub

I do not know where the grey wire that is (roughly 6 feet long, 6 pin, white connector) attached to the head unit plug goes to. I have tried emailing comand online, I have not been getting too helpful of replies, and am hoping to get some of their other employees on here that may have better insight to what I am doing.

I cannot figure out where to mount the SDARS. Do I need an extra MOST cable to add the SDAR into the link? Not really sure where the OEM tuner is, I do know I do not have the early "Sat radio only SDAR".

Lastly, how does all this stuff mount? Nothing lines up with the oem brackets. Do i need to purchase some? I don't mind making brackets/ modifying the existing. Just curious what everyone else has done.
