Spoke to my dealer regarding the integrated phone..
I know this is a beaten subject, but there still seems to be confusion. Today, my dealer quoted me $2000 installed for the integrated phone option including either a Verizon or AT&T V710 formated phone. He specifically said that the phone MUST be purchased from Mercedes. I think DavidNJ just purchased directly from Verizon, but based on what my dealer said, that phone will not work with the new hardware/software for 2005. He also said it will be available in about a month or so.

I'm waiting for the phones to come out as well.
But, AFAIK, those with Verizon service will get the Motorola V710 and those with AT&T will recieve the Motorola V600.
Supposedly from what I've learned, the reason that you can't purchase a phone from a regular cellular retailer is due to the fact that MB has something extra done to the phone (either a chip or programming) that allows it to interface with the car.
If you don't want to wait, they are still installing the Motorola V60i's in to the cars.
