Meyle HD ball joints and control arms

Hi guys

New here.

What's everyone's experience been here with Meyle HD ball joints for the w211? I only put them on 25,000 miles ago and they seemed to have already failed. No mechanic or MOT inspector seemed to be able to pick this up on a, what would seem a not so thorough inspection and instead I was lead to believe that I needed a new steering rack. However after a rack change, I still have a knock which confirms it was in fact the ball joints. Anyone else had bad luck with MEYLE HD parts? I'm not sure if it's the lower ball joints or the ball joints in the arms in the control arm, but there's definitely a fail somewhere.

I don't have a lot of direct experience, other than one of their transmission mounts. I only have 7k miles on the mount though, so not enough time to fail yet. If you search google, a lot of the BMW forums do not like the meyle parts, Uro parts, and other low priced replacement parts. Lemforder parts are good to go, if you can find them.

They used to be ok but now they are junk like fibi. I use lemfoerder and have not had an issues.
