Defective conductor plate?? Help?

I changed my conductor plate 2 months ago which initially seemed to fix problems I was having, but my car still gets stuck in high gear at highway speeds once in awhile, and has been doing it more frequently. This started about 3 weeks ago. And if this happens at highway speeds, my car will violently stall as I come to a stop so I have to shift to neutral when hitting exit ramps and then shutting off and restarting the car fixed it temporarily. Sometimes my car still gets stuck in low gear when climbing hills too. Help???

This place is a joke.
Time for a new transmission, or, a one way trip to the junkyard.

My mechanic is gonna change the conductor plate again. I purchased the part off eBay so I very well believe is defective and he does too. And if I have to put a new transmission in it, I will just scrap it and buy an E55. Been planning for months to buy an E55 and here’s my opportunity. **** the 7 speed transmission. The 5 speed in my E500 never gave me any trouble even with over 200k miles. I wish I still had that car

Will do. I am 95% sure I have another bad conductor plate or possibly a bad valve body. Pulled codes earlier

Forgot to update, but I had my mechanic install a brand new conductor plate this time. Problem fixed. Transmission hasn’t given me a problem since. Finally fixed this issue that’s been nagging my car for a year. Seems like the car is finally sorted again. About to hit 150k miles by the end of next week
