A picture would help... as your description is lacking. By side, you mean that corner of the car is sitting lower now that the brake pad fell out?

the suspension went back up when I turned the car on but since the brake pad fell out I believe it’s leaking brake fluid because the brakes are so worn and maybe the piston on the brake is pushed out all the way ? What you think ?

That’s the rear brake caliper with fluid on it and no brake pad

Was your rear brake rotor replaced recently? Check to see if the rotor is vented or unvented. Your e500 should have a vented rear rotors. Somebody might have installed an unvented rear rotor from a six cylinder which would allow the brake pad to escape once it got thin enough. Weirdly this has happened before.

Also proof read your shlt. You're asking people to take the time to answer your question, the least you can do is use punctuation.

Brakes

The rotors and brake pads are being replaced tomorrow I bought the car like this and I believe the pad fell out because it was thin like horribly thin
I just was wondering what’s the liquid that’s coming out
to me it seems like brake fluid so I thought I would ask you guys

Your caliper sounds like it is shot, your rotor is shot, and you need a set of pads. Do both sides equally.

If brake fluid is leaking from the caliper, the most likely place is from the caliper piston thanks to the piston being pushed from the caliper far enough to have the sealing rings come out past the caliper body. It COULD be rebuilt, but if it was mine I'd be looking at replacing it.
So: if I'm seeing this properly, you're looking at:
A new caliper for one side
Rotors on both sides (replace them in pairs because your brakes are worth it)
Pads on both sides, for the same reason
Brake bleed all 4 wheels
Make sure your mechanic is knowledgeable on how to work with the SBC system on these cars. If the calipers are off the rotor and the car does a self check because he didn't deactivate the system, it gets ugly quickly.
Look at it this way: fixing your brakes properly is way cheaper than an Emergency Room bill. These electronically controlled brakes are truly amazing when they work properly.

As far as your suspension, that should be a whole different issue that will cost more. Arnott shocks (I've heard) make a good replacement for the airmatic system it sounds like you currently have.
