Mulit won't open
 
My CD player work's but it won't open can it be fuse or is it something else

Pull f40 (upper control unit) & f26 (CD changer) @ interior fuse panel (side dash) with head unit & ignition off for several minutes in an attempt to soft reset. If this fails pull unit to inspect for possible mechanical problem.
