A/C warmer on drivers side
Second issue - the A/C is blowing warmer on drivers side (right hand side in Australia) vs passenger side. I cycled the temp control from min to max 6 times as I read on these forums and while it does get hot when I bring it back to min it is still slightly warm, certainly nothing like the passenger side. I read on these forums that this can either be a refrigerant issue or a mixing valve issue.

I'll book it in tomorrow to have it re-gassed. Could this be an issue with the duo-valve? I assume this is mixing coolant to each side of the vehicle.

Re-gassed this morning and A/C is ice cold from both sides but.... UV dye showed leak at compressor front seal. Told I need to replace compressor, TX Valve and Receiver Drier but due to the age of the vehicle there are no parts available. Is there a possibility of getting this compressor rebuilt (new seals) or am I done for?

I found a very local MB wrecker who can supply a good 2nd hand compressor. Evidently there are 2 models of compressor, how do I get in to see the par number on mine or is there a way to find what part# compressor is on my vehicle? VIN: WDB2110612A252738
