Exclamation Car Jerks, Stops, and Goes again after engine restart

Hello Everyone !
I have started to face a problem with my Merc E230 and looking for your suggestions to fix it.
2 weeks back, i moved out of parking and it went all good for 200 - 300 meters and started to jerk very hard. I parked it aside and tried to move again in D gear, but it didn't move at all. I tried to switch it to manual gear one but it didnt shift. Then I tried reverse gear and it didnt move at all. I tried all of the gears (P, N, R, D,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and it didn't move at all so my first thought was Gear Box is gone. Then I powered off the engine, started the car again, tried D and R, and it worked without any issues. Then during the drive I felt that even on D, car is moving too heavy on low speed as if gear is 3rd or 4th (when starting from zero). On high speed, didn't face any issue at all.

Now, today again, car gave me jerks on road while i was in traffic jam and speed was around 20 - 30 km/h. I stopped the car immediately and same thing happened again, D, R, nothing worked. Powered off the engine, started again, and it worked. This has happened twice today so far. Dashboard is not showing any error. Any ideas where to start with ?

Its E230, 2009 model, W211, Gulf Specs.

Attach a diagnostic system such as STAR or iCarSoft and that will tell you what the issue is. Could be as simple as the electronic shift mechanism selector position sensor. Could be something very expensive. Diagnose with proper equipment first.

Mechanic who checked it said he needs to change Transmission Control Unit (some electrical part inside gear box) and needs to repair some gears as well.

Error codes indicate a malfunctioning conductor plate. If you have the seven speed 722.9 transmission, the transmission control unit is integral to the conductor plate.

Car has gone to two different workshops (garages), both claim that they have replaced conductor plate and reprogrammed the car to match it with VIN.
Car goes smooth for initial 10 - 15 kilometers and starts same issue again. After getting the car from garage, i went for test drive, for 10 - 15 km it was fine. Then I went on highway and engaged the cruise on 120kmph speed. almost within 1 minutes, there was a message , "Cruise Control Disabled" and car started to loose the speed. I pressed the accelerator and it was in D drive but there was no throttle, it was continuously loosing the speed. I parked the car aside, turned the engine off and started again, and it went smooth for 2, 3 kilometers and then started to jerk and switching the gears and getting free and then engaging the gear randomly.
any idea what it could be ?

When i took the car out, scanner showed no error related to transmission. But on road, behavior is still same.

here the behavior video. (note that car is in D but acceleration is not making any difference, its loosing speed continuously)
