e500 X pipe and muffler delete with J pipe

e500 X pipe and muffler delete with J pipe
so second try to do this thread
ive had this e500 for a few years now and there has been three things I've wanted to do to it. lower it , make it sound more like a V8! and get some nice after market rims.
ive had a few common issues with it like the air compressor for the aircon seizing and the pump for the air suspension going passed its used by date. then there was........
So the exhaust!
I purchased these
2 x 2 1/4 180 degree bends
4 x 2 1/4 45 degree bends
1 meter length 2 1/4
2 x 2 1/2 180 degree
1 meter length 2 1/2
I did'nt use the 1meter 2 1/2
and some cheap exhaust tips on ebay
so I have engineering back round so I understand how to join two bits of metal together.
I wish I had .6mm wire for the welder but .9mm worked
I also have a whole e500 for parts so I removed the exhaust form that so I can return it back to factory for WOF inspection.
I cut that up for bits to make this one work which helped heaps for transitioning bits.
