E55 ESP LIMP MODE
Hello, I recently bought my very first AMG! 2005 E55 with 91k miles
She has a couple of mods but nothing too crazy, on the way home after cruising ( with a couple of hard pulls) she decided to throw ESP Malfunction and No Tire Sensors available and went into limp mode. I was able to unplug the battery resetting the codes and drive her back home.
After working all week I was able to pull these codes:
P2123 , P0121, PP2123 ,P0600 , P0705
My first step is to replace the gas pedal, hopefully replacing the pedal position sensor fixes three of the codes.
I'm not sure about the serial communication codes but we will figure it out!
Any tips?

I had same problem and not sure yet if it was "Battery Under Voltage", Mercedes is notorious for problems if you have a failing battery my 2009 and 2014 e350's have both experienced Battery issues and phantoms like crazy.
Keep in mind you have possibly 3 Batteries in total.
TPMS, Tire Pressure sensors. check the tire pressure in all be sure all are whiten MFG specs, check door jam.
and still nothing until I performed the reset by starting car & turning the wheel full left left to full right several times and holding at each side for a full 5 second count. turned off car and restart.
all is well, Looser

What the P2123 code means. The P2123 trouble code indicates that the Engine Control Module (ECM), which is in charge of receiving a signal from the throttle position sensor, has detected a malfunction within one of the circuits of the throttle position sensor.
What the P0121 code means. P0121 is a generic OBD-II code which indicates that the Engine Control Module (ECM) has seen the TPS sensor circuit A learned output voltage go above or below the sensor's expected range when compared to TPS sensor circuit B
What the P0600 means. that the ECU has lost the connection with one of its many controllers more than once. When this code is set the ECU triggers the Check Engine Light to be displayed on the dashboard and a failsafe mode enacted. The failsafe mode is to prevent further damage and protect the vehicle.
What the P0705 Means. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0705 code stands for “Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction (PRNDL Input).” It is triggered when the transmission range sensor cannot send data or provides erroneous input to the transmission control (TCM) or powertrain control (PCM) modules

Thank you for the information, after a night of sitting around there was nothing but the check engine light. She drove real well around the neighborhood but once I put her back in the drive way she gave me the esp malfunction again . I am going to replace the gas pedal and hope that solves the issue.
