Is it possible to detect broken swirl flap on M113?

Is it possible to detect broken swirl flap on M113?
Yeah, I got 2006 M113 5.0 with 67K mi week ago.
while searching forum about M113, I found out there will be swirl flap or linkages for variable flap manifold problem. And only way to find out is less low rpm torque.

Since I got the car week ago, I don’t know what is ‘normal’ low end torque, so I can’t compare. is there any way to check it besides torque?

Never heard of swirl flaps on an m113 before. It has variable intake length flaps. Those don't break.
