Rubbing sound when turning wheel

Rubbing sound when turning wheel
2009 E350 4matic wagon 155,000 MI

I'm getting what I would describe as a "rubbing sound" with a slight, very fine vibration that I can feel in the wheel as I turn it. It happens when the car is stopped and I turn the wheel in either direction. A little more pronounced when the car is in D vs P. Can't hear or feel it when the car is moving. Any ideas? I tried to upload a video with sound but it wouldn't upload

Sounds like an issue with power steering system.

Check PS fluid, probably a good idea to flush and change it.
