W211E55 amg fuel consumption
I’ve been seeing other w211 E55 owners getting way above 12 mpg while mine has been averaging 7mpg-10mpg. I live in the Philippines where traffic is normal but I still don’t think it’s normal. Since even just going for a quick drive about roughly 5 miles takes one bar in the fuel gauge. If there’s any recommendations or tips to why my specific E55 eats so much fuel pls do reply.

Instead of guessing with new parts you can connect a good MB scanner to read your engine long-term fuel trims and fuel pressure.
How old are your sparkplugs, air filter??
What does your local MB specialist say is wrong?
Are your wheel brakes loose or tight??
Are your lambda exhaust sensors working ?
If not that's why your AF mixture stays uncontrolled in "open-loop" mode. Any basic scanner will show you OBDII status.
This rich condition has a high probability to be washing down oil from your cylinder...

What are your long term fuel trims? That will tell you a lot as @CaliBenzDriver is also mentioning
