Radio change

Hi all and thank you for being kind to a new member!
I have done some searching but my head is spinning. I have a 2007, European E320, with multi cd-player and nav which I want to replace with an android unit.
Funds are obviously tight, so I have found a Chinese unit for around £100. The problem is, the existing unit has a plug like this, and the smaller one for (I assume) the aerial. This does not match any of the plug/sockets on my replacement unit.
Also, I am not bothered about the multiplayer so can that go?
Please be kind and keep it simple!
Many thanks.

My suggestion is: Sure it can be changed, but leave the OEM unit alone as is - unless you want to really complicate your life.

The large plug is power/ground and the fiber optic loop connection. The small plug is a AUX input that is in your glove box. Antenna connections are on the audio gateway in the back of the vehicle. If your audio is still working, one trick I saw on Youtube was to relocate the head unit to the trunk and run audio out from the Andriod unit to the factory aux input now located in the trunk. Obviously some rerouting of the optical loop is needed. Another option is to buy a box that emulates the head unit and with a audio input. That lets you retain the factory amp. I have also seen cables that run front to back that plug directly into speaker harness at the audio gateway. This option completely bypasses the factory system and drives the speakers directly from the new headunit.
