Water leakage on battery

This morning my instrument cluster wouldn’t light up and the car started but wouldn’t move, checked fuses and things again after work and the car would move now but still no display. Went to check the battery and trunk fuses and lo and behold the floor, the battery, and spare tire are all wet.

I’ve looked at the other threads for cleaning the channels and checking trunk trim so I’ll do that. Not too sure based on what I’ve seen if the battery is worth drying off and testing or if I should automatically replace once exposed to moisture? Also, if there’s any major concern with the terminals or anything else

Looks to be just a little condensation, rather normal in colder climates. Nothing to worry about battery performance.
But you could clean the terminals if there's any corrosion.

makes sense, thanks. There’s definitely a water intrusion issue as well since the floor panels are wet but I’m trying to address that. Instrument cluster came back on but the middle info screen is flashing/white so maybe a bad connection somewhere due to moisture? Everything else seems to be working other than sunroof operating poorly if that’s not coincidental. Trying to sift through old threads to get a starting point
