Command Navigation problem
Command Navigation problem
The Nav system on my 2005 E320 CDI has stopped working. The CD, (or maybe it is a DVD) spins but the navigation cannot read it. The GPS seems to work as it knows what direction I am going. Of course I can use my phone but…
Any ideas on how to fix this or where to start?

Might not be the route you want to go but I'd either
1) ignore it
or
2)Remove and code the nav out of the system so it isn't there any longer
and then
use google maps (or whatever is on your phone).
The nav discs you have can't know all the roads that have been installed since the last update - early 201* at the latest.
