blower motor regulator multiple failures
My blower motor regulator has failed three times in the past year. First one was standard. Has issues here and there. It would run and not run at times until it failed. I change blower (OEM) and regulator (Amazon).
Fix worked but it acted weird. It would randomly stop for about 10 sec then come back on. A month or two later hooked up my computer and ran a diagnostics on the car for another issue. Cleared codes and everything and back out of the program and turn off the car but blower is still goes. Unplug it.
Swap out regulator with an OEM. Fixed problem and runs perfectly.
Today I run diagnostics on car and back out of everything and turn car off and blower keeps running. Have to unplug it. Before unplugging, it's just blowing hot air.
Both times if I plug it back in after it doesn't start up again or anything and computer shows invalid readings.
Any idea what could be causing this?
