Information on E350 Sport Pkg
German Car Fans has item from MB on the new Sports Package.

Now I wonder why we have such little information for our market. The dealers don't seem to know anything that I haven't read on the MBUSA web site. Do you think this will make it to the US in 2005?

MBUSA has to be the only company who takes pride in their inability to inform their customers and dealers on what exactly the options of various models are and when they are available and at what price! It's not like they have 30 seconds to to find out this information...Europe gets staight and detailed information (even pricing) in advance and publishes it...why can't MBUSA do the same for the American market?
I have put my name on a order list for the new R Class and I bet it will be ordered on Netstar with all kinds of confusion over what and what is not included and what the pricing will be. This is not new but is a fact of life in trying to make a decision on buying a MB these days.

Saw and was exited with pix of E350 Sport Pkg from www.germanCarFans.com but now is totally disappointed, I just got my catalog from the dealer here in US and there is no Sport Pkg as mentioned beside the AMG package.
Thought that I could get some goodies list below if getting the E350 with Sport Pkg.
- No drilled rotors.
- No same size BIG brake calipers from the E500.
- No 18" multiple spokes wheels.
(will add more on the list in few hours)
* I'm walking off the E350 now. Looking closer to the C55 or CLS500.
