Batteries
Has anyone had experience with the Duracell AGM, Group Size 48 (H6) battery.
Plan to get it from Sam's Club for $160 plus core fee. Thjis is the replacement battery for my car. Has a 36 month warranty.
MB battery from dealer is over $300 and has only a 2 year warranty.
How complicated is it for a technician at a place like Sam's, Advanced Auto, etc. to do it?
Concerned about what happens with the electronics and stored information when the old one is taken out.
Thanks.

Why not get the battery from Advance auto? They have a 30% off coupon code that will take $50 off the battery, so instead of $176, it's $126 after the coupon code and they'll install the battery for free for you. Also has the same 3 year warranty. If you watch them, make sure they disconnect the negative cable first and install the negative cable last. I think you might need to sign up for their speedperks account, but it's free and the current code is 6TRT30K, current codes can be found at retailmenot.com.

You will not lose any information when doing a swap. I had to reset the clock. That was it.
