Changing the Cornering lamp

Does anyone know what type of bulb is used in the cornering lamp and how do i take it out? I want to replace it with either a 8000k HID so it matches my new hid head lamp bulb or just replace it with normal halogen but which is whiter.

It's a h7 bulb and all you need to do is remove the cover and turn anti clockwise to remove it

It's not easy to change (and if anyone else arrives here by search engine - I did not find any other posts). Yes the manual does give a brief guide on how to do this, but after about 10 minutes of trying to get my very large hand into a restricted space, I put the task off for a day when I am more in the mood to tackle it. Not only that - the manual only give details of how to change just one side - in the UK manual, this is the right side. For the other side, because access is even more restricted, it is suggested that you take the car in to a garage.

I remember back to a time when you could change a car bulb in 30 seconds...but then that's progress for you!
