Hi SDMF, is that a 4matic? If so, what the offset and size for the front and rear.

Yes, it is a 4matic.

Rims & tires sizes:

F)19x8.5 +33 112/5
R)19x9.5 +40 112/5

F) 245/35ZR19
R) 285/30ZR19
