Wing is on! Whew what a night!. The most difficult part of the project was removing the tape from my factory wing. After I took the wing off the car, it was a mess and I wanted to clean it up. It took hours. It was almost like it was fused to the wing itself.

Nice, always fun getting new mods.

One tip from my own humble opinion: The black wing doesn't look right with your setup right now IMO (factory wing was a cleaner look) due to the car still having the chrome trim exposed and the white roof spoiler, etc. Kind of throws everything off. I'm assuming that you're probably gonna do some blacking out to trim elements to tie them in with the black wing?

I agree. The black spoiler just sticks out like out like a sore thumb.

It really does boil down to what you like. Could I suggest photoshopping that trunk wing white and the roof spoiler black. You might be surprised at the results

I am generally not a fan of putting a badge on a car that is not supposed to be on it. However....

1. The car IS a V8 Biturbo.
2. The emblem IS a Mercedes-Benz emblem.
3. The BlueEfficiency emblem is terrible.

I like the V8 Biturbo emblem by itself on the fender. When my car arrives, i think i am going to do the same...as well as debadge the trunk.

My E55 has the V8 Kompressor emblems on the fender & i like how they look on the car.

Go for it!

I like the V8 biturbo badge. Get rid of the blue efficiency badge. Looks like an oxymoron printed on the side of your car with both.

Lose the wing.....like my father told me, if you are not sure of something, don't do anything. That wing is like a stumped toe. It hurts.

No way! I love the wing. It looks good to me, great in fact. Pictures dont do it justice. I kept the factory wing though, just in case I ever want to trade back.

Loose both badges. And why did MB have to call it "bi turbo"? Twin turbo sounds so much better and most people have no idea what you are trying to say when you tell them " I have a bi turbo". I know my friends would laugh and make several jokes in regards to my cars sexuality. Which is why I don't think you would want a bi turbo badge on the side of your car.

Probably one of the reasons that BMW calls their bi-turbo a twin turbo.

"Bi Turbo" sounds fancier. Plus it's more progressive and socially aware. In 50 years humans will all be bi and tri-sexuals (robots will join in on the fun), so M-B is once again just proving its eye for the future.

You know, sometimes a bi turbo is just a bi turbo.

Lose or paint the roof spoiler + chrome delete...blacked out trunk/Bi-turbo emblems is a good look with black/dark wheels.

The op should just go with Sunoco NASCAR stickers and a Superbird rear spoiler. Keep it real.
