Hey everyone, just wondering that if you were able to change 3 things about your car what would they be? Mine would be for a bigger nav screen and better electronics for the COMMAND. The only other would be a 19" wheel option from the factory. Lets here it.....

I should have gotten the split folding rear seats, wood/leather wheel, and diesel. None of which were available off the lot. Love every thing else.

-Smoother suspension behavior over rough roads (WITHOUT changing the suspension behavior on all other roads).

-Better MPG

-Some softer touch interior materials in places namely where you don't usually look or feel (I look and pay attention everywhere. )

Can't find too many faults with this car.

The new Xenon's are so good, I don't even think you need LED headlights if you're gonna be upgrading from P1's. Though, I have seen them on the new 6-Series and DAMN are they bright. They look like Tron Cartoon lights. Pretty cool.

About the 12V Charger, I have that in my car and it's very handy (OEM Option). But my GF just got me a portable one that I can connect to any car from Brookstones. Should be handy.

For the 2012 E350 Wagon:

-Stand-alone Xenon Headlights Option (instead of just with P2)
-Available Parking Sensors (instead of just standard rear camera)
-Separate Opening Rear Glass on Tailgate (like BMW 5-Series Wagon)

- Rear climate control and heated seats. (Available in 5 and A6)
- Real fabric shade for pano roof. (The see-through screen is terrible)
- Heated steering wheel (I don't "think" this is an option.) Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
- Go back to the beep confirmation when locking the doors. The honk is horrible.

You can turn the honking completely off and have the lights flash only. I believe you can do it under the Settings menu on the I.P. Unless I'm mixing my cars up and confusing it with another make/model. Someone please check and correct me on this one if this is not the case.

You're correct about the honking noise as I have already turned this horrific noise off.

Now that you mention it yes the honk is annoying

-Spare tire for the BTC
-as mentioned updated BTC motor since it exists in the ML and S though no complaints with current one, probably would have gone for the 2.1 E250 if available here
-rear sunshades on the side

-that's about it, some options I was on the fence about were leather and P2 but were really hard for me to find. I don't really regret the text just concerned about the summer but with a little one leather would make me paranoid. I wish I had keyless go and trunk closer from P2 sometimes but not really needed and lights aren't a big deal to me. Thought I wanted parktronic but driving the car realizing the camera is all I really need so glad I didn't hold out for that. Never thought distronic was needed but now that I have blind spot and lane departure tracking I can understand the value and will probably try get next go around.

Oh yeah, I wish I was able to find a car with the Lighting package and AMG wheel package...

aside from that stuff, cars perfect!

Softer front seats unlike MB tex. I have custom made sheepskin covers on front seats so it is OK now.
Runflat alternative, Don't know for sure if it is that bad as people are saying.

I'd be very,*very* tempted by the diesel hybrid that MB will start selling in Europe this spring....approx 55mpg and 550 ft lbs of torque.
