Window issue

I just noticed that my driver side window does not go up with the one touch function. It does go down.
Is there any way of fixing it without visit to the dealer

? - one touch works for both up and down...call up the dealer and they will probably have you do a reset over the phone. if that doesn't work, bring it in.
