Thats my point, they didn't top off the fluid. When I called they said maybe its leaking. That was their excuse instead of manning up and admitting they didn't do the checkup.

I bought a gallon of fluid and filled it up. No leaks. Ray Catena is just a bunch of Liars and Excuse makers.

I wonder what else they haven't done that they are supposed to do.

Ray Catena is the Worst!!

That's why I change my own oil. Can't trust the dealer's work unless it is warranty related then I have no choice.

just a little follow up to my own "issue". the "check engine oil" light came back on again few days ago and i finally took it in the dealer. the service rep checked and the oil level is lower than "low" ! so from 3/4 full to less than 1/5 or less full in less than 1,500 miles ? i hope some of you can tell me it's normal .
