2014 Sport White on black
lease...Cheaper and after you start getting tired the 2016 new body style arrives. My buddy did it with Cadilac and he started with the CTS then CTSV now the XTS (monthly payments only went up 20 bucks in five years).

2014 Sport White on black
Black on black and fully loaded. It is the best Cadilac I have seen so far. Pictures does not do the car justice. The interior if full of leather (real leather seats, dash, doors etc.), chrome and black wood trim. Navi screen is twice the size of ours and has more HP. If I knew what it looked like in person I would have had second thoughts on the 2012 E350 Sport. The other guy in my firm has the GS350 sport, that too looks so much better in person and wish I saw it before the MBZ. It will be hard to chose between them against the 2014 MBZ sport.

Totally agreed. The XTS has horrendous proportions and to me looks like a geriatric with a facelift and bling all over to try and appear "cool". Same goes for the Lincoln that oddly looks very similar.

Talk to the sales manager at Anaheim MB.
I called him, told him what I wanted, and went there to sign the papers and pickup the car.
Didn't even have to negotiate and was in and out in like 30 mins.

Knowing this from experience for when I got the 2010 E during its first year run.
It depends on how much you want the car NOW and value having a "new" facelift look earlier than most will. Just know that in 6 months+, people will start getting those 10-20% discounts on '14 E350's again. I got one of the better 2010 MY deals on the Forums when I got my car, but once the '11's rolled out (and mind you, the W212 was still a new full bodystyle at the time) my deal made me feel like I got hosed. One year later I swapped my 2010 for a 2011 and got a significantly better deal on that car.
So, it depends. If the money means more, go for the 2013 and get a true-to-form on these cars discount. Or if you really love the facelift or just want to have the newest look, get the 2014 and know that a 5% discount can be really bad once these cars really start moving units.

I think I'll drop by my local MB dealer tomorrow and take a peek at the 2014 E350 they really , really look very sexy and I'm sure they wont be giving much .... if any discount off MSRP right now !?!?
Perhaps toward the end of the year in December but most certainly not now ?!?!
